QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our Quality Assurance department is divided into four major functions:
CUSTOMER SERVICE LAB
The Customer Service Lab is responsible for serving our customers – from managing customer-specific specifications to maintaining full traceability from raw materials to finished products .
LABORATORY
The laboratory team is trained to measure the physical, chemical and microbiological parameters of all incoming materials to ensure product integrity and quality. They also coordinate with other international and national laboratories to perform all required supporting testing.
IN PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL (IPQC)
The IPQC team tracks the physical movement of the incoming raw materials to the finished product manufacturing process and ensures that the semi-finished product meets specific requirements at each stage of processing.
FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT (FSM)
The FSM team ensures that good manufacturing practice is always followed. They also monitor and track critical control points to ensure that results meet all specifications (physical, chemical and biological).
